Refund policy for orders
Full refunds on all orders (excluding custom orders) canceled within 24 hours of ordering. 50% refund for orders canceled after 24 hours of placing the order. Custom orders are 50% refundable if canceled within 24 hours of ordering and non-refundable after 24 hours.
Pause your subscription
Pause up to 14 days per term (30 days on the Full Year plan) for travel, hospital stays, or family visits. Just give us 7 days' notice.
Ending your term early
Cancel any month with 14 days' written notice before your next billing date. You'll continue receiving meals through the end of your paid cycle.
Refunds on prepaid terms
Quarterly and paid-in-full terms are refundable pro-rata (minus the current cycle) with 14 days' notice. Any tier discount is recalculated at the standard monthly rate for months already delivered.
Medical & family emergencies
For hospitalization, loss, or medically necessary changes, we waive notice requirements and refund unused, undelivered weeks in full.
Start-date lead time
Please book at least 14 days before your desired start so we can source ingredients, prepare your recipe rotation, and confirm delivery days.
